David Rodwin is a writer/director/storyteller who’s toured seven solo shows and won The Moth StorySLAM. His show “F*ck Tinder” has played to sold out crowds around the world and his previous show TOTAL NOVICE is being made into a film. David has created 12 evening-length works for the stage, from the one-man, hyper-opera VIRTUAL MOTION (touring 20 cities) to the huge avant-musical WARNING!: eXplicit Material, workshopped by Disney. His work has been presented from LaMaMa, to The Public Theatre. He founded the NY-based Raw Impression, Inc./RIPFest, with which he produced 170 ten-minute musicals and 60 short films by Oscar, Emmy and Tony-winning artists. He was invited to the 2003 & 2005 Sundance Producer’s Conference. David studied music at Northwestern and Princeton, conducting at Tanglewood with Leonard Bernstein and was mentored by Spalding Gray.
