Year-end message from AJT leaders

Dear Friends,

During this season of lights we reflect on who we are, where we come from, and where we are going. In this regard AJT is making a bold strategic move as a stronger catalyst for Jewish theatre worldwide. We have adopted a new name – ALLIANCE FOR JEWISH THEATRE, and a renewed mission to better represent us and where we are going. SEE:

Thank you, thank you, thank you all for being a valued part of our community.

So now our 2017 Membership Drive is in motion. JOIN or RENEW right away since membership increases will occur later in 2017! And a TWO YEAR RENEWAL will save you money and keep you in the game. For more information, and to check if your membership is coming up for renewal, contact AJT Coordinator Eli Taylor– eli@alljewishtheatre.org

PLEASE consider making a tax deductible donation to the Alliance for Jewish Theatre. AJT Executive Director David Chack and AJT President Hank Kimmel have committed to making a Hanukkah gift and match your Hanukkah donation dollar for dollar up to $750, so your gift will grow from a spark into “many lights.” And if you have opportunities for a corporate matching program, let David know — david@alljewishtheatre.org

As we celebrate the holidays of light we realize how much storytelling is integral to who we are. We perform them for our friends, families and communities — creating a strong Jewish culture that illuminates and joins with the many cultures of the world. We find meaning through shared laughter, perseverance in times of adversity, empathy for those in need, and continuity that leads to hope and survival — this is what we do through the ALLIANCE FOR JEWISH THEATRE.

Thank you for being part of our mission and in keeping the stories alive.

Yours,
Hank Kimmel          David Y. Chack
