Peggy Linker is an actor based in Boca Raton, FL.
I majored in Speech Communication and Theatre at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I then attended law school and continue to work as a lawyer by day. I began attending an ongoing acting workshop in 2009 and and was cast in my first production in 2011. I have acted in a number of Jewish themed plays including The Diary of Anne Frank (Edith Frank), Kindertransport (Evelyn), Women’s Minyan (Gitte Leah), Mikveh (Shira), The Interview (Ann), and From Door to Door (Deborah). Other productions include Steel Magnolias (Clairee, Ouiser), Our Town (Julia Gibbs), Harvey (Veta), Rumors (Cookie) and The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Bernice).
I was recently nominated for a South Florida theatre Carbonell Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Lead Female Role, Play, for my role as Isaac’s Mother in The God of Isaac.
