Ellen Schiff is a theatre scholar whose specialty is the depiction of Jews and Jewish life in drama and on the stage. She has been a member of the Alliance of Jewish Theatres since its founding in the nineteen sixties as the Council for Jewish Theatre. She is the author of four books, dozens of articles and reviews and multiple contributions to a variety of publications.
